From the moment you hit "buy" to the moment it lands at your door:

• Production time: 2-7 business days (your item gets made)

• Shipping time: 3-5 business days (US addresses only)

That's 5-12 business days total from order date. We don't cut corners on quality to rush a timeline.

Go Hamm partners with Printify for fulfillment. That means every piece is made to order. US shipping only.

Returns & Defects

Because each item is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns on print-on-demand orders. That's the deal with custom gear.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we got something wrong on our end, we make it right. No runaround. Contact us and we'll handle it.
